On March 6th, Lutheran Social Services (LSS) of Northeast Florida will temporarily pause most of its services to facilitate its grand re-opening. With the exception of the LSS Food Pantry, all services will be paused for the day.

Will any LSS services be available on March 6th?
Yes, the LSS Food Pantry will shift its typical morning market hours to 2 P.M. to 4 P.M. instead to provide assistance to those in need of groceries. However, all other services will be temporarily suspended for the day. If you are seeking immediate food assistance, call 211 or visit 211.org to get connected with local resources. You can also find food pantries in your area by visiting findhelp.org.
What if I had an appointment scheduled on March 6th?
If you had an appointment scheduled for March 6th, we kindly ask that you reschedule for another day. If LSS staff have not reached out to you already, please call our office at 904-448-5995 or email contact@lssjax.org.
