LSS partners with VyStar's 'Good is Everywhere' volunteer campaign

Lutheran Social Services of Northeast Florida (LSS) has been selected as one of several nonprofits to partner with VyStar Credit Union for the much-anticipated 'Good is Everywhere' celebration.

From September 15th to September 30th, over 1,200 VyStar employees will come together through volunteerism to its communities in Central and North Florida and Georgia.

Fifty VyStar employees will volunteer their time at the LSS Food Bank on September 20th. Last year, the food bank served over 30,000 men, women and children, and currently it serves an average of at least 100 households per pantry day.

In 2022, VyStar employees volunteered at the pantry and presented a $5,000 check to benefit the food bank.

LSS joins a roster of remarkable non-profit partners benefiting from this volunteer-driven endeavor, including:

Northeast Florida (Jacksonville):

  • Finfest Beach Cleanup
