We are currently inviting contractors to bid for an upcoming parking lot and security lighting projects.
Project I involves the refurbishment of the section of the parking lot at Lutheran Social Services of Northeast Florida, 4615 Philips Highway. Project II involves the installation of vendor-recommended security lighting along the parking area across from the main entrance.
All bid proposals must include pricing for labor, materials, profit overhead, supplies, equipment permits fees (including water/sewer), architecture engineering and other components necessary for the successful and timely completion of the project.
The deadline for the required walkthrough is April 28th before proposals are due by May 1st.
