One peace won't hurt

This poignant, family-friendly film details the true story of a Syrian family forcedto flee war for a new life in northern Canada. The film is moving, inspiring and at times funny as the Hadhadsnavigate small-town life in Nova Scotia. The screening will be followed by an in-person discussion with thefilm’s writer/director Jonathan Keijser, as well as its star, Ayham Abou Ammar, himself a refugee from Syria
