Taste of the NFL 2004
The Jacksonville Jaguars 2nd Annual Taste of the NFL dinner, benefiting the LSS Second Harvest Food Bank, was held on Thursday, November 18 in the newly renovated Crown Royal Touchdown Club West at ALLTEL Stadium. The event raised over 93,000 dollars. "The purpose of the Jaguars Taste of the NFL is to raise awareness and dollars in the fight against hunger for thousands of families who struggle every day to simply feed their children," said Delores Barr Weaver, co-owner of the Jaguars and Chair and Chief Executive Officer of the Jaguars Foundation. Special menus were prepared by several of the Jacksonville's finest chefs, including Tom Gray of Bistro Aix, Charles Charbonneau of Sawgrass Marriott and Spa, Shane Cheshire of First Street Grille, Liz Grenameyer of Catering by Liz, Scott Jenkins of The Homestead, Matthew and David Medure of Matthew's and Medure's, and Ron Dohn of Centerplate.
